Fun & entertaining evening at The Den as the Class of 2019 schooled the Faculty in the Seniors vs. Faculty basketball game! It was a nail biter for several overtimes, but the Seniors never gave up and came out victorious!




We had an incredible pep rally to pump up our very own Superstar, Alyssa Dubois before she headed off to Great Falls for the Special Olympics today! She is an inspiration to all of us!


Lots of reading going on in the elementary to end the year! Keep it up - Readers Are Leaders!! Prizes (including Kindles, skateboarding supplies, playground equipment, and biking supplies) for top readers will be awarded May 31!

Big day for Mr. Rayden Whalawitsa who got to witness & participate in the signing of House Bill 41 with Senator Jonathan Windy Boy & Governor Steve Bullock. Many thanks to Mr. Jay Eagleman for all his work and encouragement with Rayden and supporting the passing of this important bill!





Mrs.Genereux’s Fourth Graders had a blast bowling today to celebrate their 20 days of perfect attendance! First class to earn the award!

Attention Parents & Guardians of Second Grade students: The Arbor Day Field Trip to Pepin Park in Havre was rescheduled from last Monday to tomorrow, Monday, May 6, 2019. Teachers sent home extra permission slips last week to notify parents of the rescheduled date. The bus will leave the school no later than 8:30 so be sure your child is on their regular bus in the morning or you drop them off before 8:30. Make sure they are dressed appropriately for the weather, as all
of the activities are held outdoors. THANKS - it’s always a great time!

We had a blast welcoming our Head Start friends to Box Elder School yesterday and today! They got to meet the kindergarten teachers, visit Library, Music, Cree, and PE. Looking forward to them starting kindergarten next year!

Attention 2nd grade Parents: The second graders will be attending the Arbor Day field trip at Pepin Park on Monday, April 29. The bus will leave the school at 8:30 so be sure your child is here by 8:25 or on their normal bus to school Monday morning! If you haven’t turned in their permission slip, be sure to send it Monday morning!


Box Elder High School’s Prom is this Saturday, April 27, 2019! Doors open at 7pm with Grand March and crowning of royalty starting at 8:15. Doors will be locked at 8:30 and anyone who leaves will not be granted re-entry. Prom ends at 11pm! Sign up in the office with Devin if you’d like your hair and makeup done the day of prom! Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
