Public Notice from Superintendent MacDonald:
Attention all Box Elder K-8 students - be sure to check out this awesome basketball skills camp on Saturday at Stone Child College Gymnasium. You will need to provide your own transportation to and from the camp!
We would like to extend an enormous THANK YOU to many people for their hard work and assistance with outfitting our Bears & Lady Bears and coaches for the All American Indian Shoot Out last weekend. With the vision, organization and inspiration led by Mrs. Kishey Baker, the following people and groups were integral in bringing all of this together in time for the teams to represent Box Elder at the tournament:
Dennis Sangrey & Shana Henry with the ACES grant, Karen Blackbird, Eugenia Begay, Natalie Flores, Emily Kallenberger, Julie MacDonald, Kyla Momberg, Annalise Johnson, Mariah Arkinson, Kali Old Bull, Leah Morsette, Giovanni Alvarez, Brandon Lawrence, Rylee Ahenakew, and Winter Parker.
This would not have been possible without Mrs. Baker's vision and we appreciate her time, planning, and coordination to get everyone decked out in Bear Pride. She not only assisted in having every Lady Bear in a ribbon skirt, but with the help of others, made ribbon shirts and medallions for each of the Bears and all of the coaches. We were also able to celebrate the athletes and their families with a team dinner before they left for Billings.
THANK YOU again to Mrs. Baker and all who helped!
